We will arrange and pay for economy class roundtrip transportation for family member or a friend to join a member who is traveling alone and expected to be hospitalised for more than five days.
If an injured member has minor children unattended, the service will pay for them to return home to a family member, or will arrange childcare locally or at home.
Regardless of the distance from home, in the event that a member passes away, the service will arrange and pay for the required documents, preparation of the remains and transport to a funeral home near the members place of residence.
The service will help members locate lost luggage, documents, or personal belongings.
The service will refer members to interpreters and/or legal personnel, as necessary.
